Parenting Can Feel Overwhelming when you're Exhausted.
You want to be calm, patient, and clear.Â
And then "it" happens. A meltdown, an outburst of emotion and suddenly you're doing and saying the things you swore you'd never do.
Here's the truth: you don't need more parenting advice. You've read the books. You know the theory.
What you need are practical tools you can actually use in the moment to lead your family.
Because the way your home feels isn't built in one big heart-to-heart.
It's built in the small, everyday stuff â the words you use, the stories you tell, the way your respond or react to life's challenges.
Youâre not failing.
Youâre practicing patterns you were never taught how to change.
Enlifted Parents was created for parents who care deeply about their kids and want a practical, non-clinical way to build emotional resilience at home.
This is not a course about becoming the perfect parent.
Itâs not about discipline systems, behavior charts, or one-size-fits-all parenting rules.
Itâs simple, practical mindset training for parents who want to become calmer leaders, clearer communicators, and stronger emotional models for their children.
Youâll learn how to notice the stories your family repeats, shift the language shaping your home, regulate before reacting, and help your children process challenges instead of being overwhelmed by them.
"As a mom of older teen and young adult boys who no longer live at home, Jennaâs process showed me that itâs never too late to create change in our relationships with our children. Through becoming more aware of my own words, beliefs, triggers, and reactions, I learned to pause, listen, and ask questions instead of immediately moving into judgment or fixing. As I shifted internally, I noticed my boys responding differently too, and our conversations became deeper, more honest, and rooted in trust. Jenna helped me see that when parents do their own inner work, the ripple effect extends far beyond themselves. Sometimes the most powerful way to support our children is by first changing the way we relate to ourselves."

"Enlifted is embedded in how our family communicates now. Instead of correcting, we're asking more questions and creating playful opportunities for growth. "One day our son said, 'Papa, I can't do it, I canât hop to that stone.' Instead of correcting him, we asked, 'Can you hop to this one?' That small shift opened up a new possibility for him. Enlifted has given us practical ways to use language with our son so we can create curiosity, playfulness, and encouragement."

"When Jenna has led me in Mindset Coaching workshop, I felt heard and understood. Jenna thoughtfully reviewed what I was saying, she encouraged me to consider the words I use with my son and guided me into figuring out new ways of communicating with him.
The added benefit of participating in a group coaching workshop is that you get to hear other parents concerns, watch them complete the process, and I picked up some other tips that I could apply to my life. This helped me feel more competent in my parenting skills. Jenna created a very supportive and nurturing environment to go through this process. Thank you Jenna!"

THE NEXT EVOLUTION IN PARENTING
When parents learn to regulate, children learn resilience.
Your children are learning from more than your words.
- Theyâre learning from your breath.
- Your tone.
- Your stress patterns.
- Your reactions.
- Your stories.
- Your ability to repair.
- Your ability to stay steady when life gets hard.
Thatâs why this program starts with the parent.
When you learn to regulate your own nervous system, you create a better environment in the home.
When you make small shifts in your language, your family starts to see themselves differently.
When you stop rushing to fix every hard feeling, your children learn how to process challenge, build confidence, and trust themselves.
Thatâs emotional immunity.
Not a life without difficulty.
A family that knows how to move through difficulty with more calm, clarity, and connection.
In The Next 6 Weeks, You'll Learn How ToâŚ
- Regulate yourself before reacting in high-stress parenting moments.

"I'm a mom to 10 kids ranging in age from 12 to 31. Since the Enlifted method came into my life about a year and a half ago, it has transformed the way I interact with both my adult and younger children. I've always been a big believer in allowing kids to develop their autonomy early on, and the Enlifted method has been invaluable in providing practical ways of doing that. I've learned to ask questions first, helping my younger kids explore their own options and circumstances rather than defaulting to giving them my own opinions. I've learned how to navigate difficult moments by breathing well, which helps me respond with greater patience and control. I'm teaching my kids how to recognize when they're emotionally stressed, how to recognize the words that are keeping them there, and breathe better so they can reframe and settle down their nervous system. With my adult children, we've used the Enlifted method to work through painful childhood memories, make important decisions, set goals and make actionable plans to reach them, and even survive teething and sleepless nights with their own kids. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have the Enlifted method in my parenting arsenal. I wish I'd had it years ago!"

"I had a hard time with 'good' discipline for my kids- I don't want to yell, but I want to teach them and them to learn from mistakes. So whenever they do something that I want them to learn from- I have them write sentences, like 5-7 so it isn't overwhelming and doesn't feel like punishment. If my daughter has been yelling at her brother, she writes "I'm good as using an inside voice" or "I use kind words", like that. Once they're done I have them read the sentences out loud to me with a full breath between sentences, then we talk about what happened/why/what to do next time. What is CRAZY is often my daughter is mad in the beginning, but I let her do her thing and she eventually finishes and will draw an angry face at the first sentence, then keep drawing faces after each sentence, but as she gets further and further the faces get happier. Isn't that wild?! Her last sentence has a giant smiley face.
Another time my oldest was super sad and I asked him why- he started crying about a few different things that felt unfair. I told him I'd write- he would read the story. He titled it "the saddest boy" đ. I had him 4 step it and BAM by the final read he wasn't crying anymore. He didn't want to talk more about it but he was totally regulated and ready to go play again.
The magic did it's magic!
And for me it's helped remind me to not speak in negation to them- to my 2.5yr old "inside voice please" instead of STOP YELLING all day lol. And the breath- I always parent better when I focus on breathing before responding."

"I found enlifted at one of the cross roads in my childrenâs development. We started unschooling two years prior and were following our intuition in terms of what we wanted to teach our kids. My son was 11 and my daughter was 7. They were both at an age, my son especially, when they were becoming very receptive to the language and words we were using. They were getting curious, asking even more questions and wanting to interact with the world in a more mature way. Enlifted provided a very fun and playful structure to introduce our children to the power of their words and get them curious about how they were using them. It also highlighted and reminded us to connect back to our breath & that in doing so we would naturally regulate our entire household. Children naturally learn through example (osmosis) so that meant that all I had to do was live what enlifted was teaching me. My children picked it up so fast because they didnât have a lot of âprogrammingâto undo. They became even more regulated, confident, & empowered kids who could shift their inner and outer worlds in real time. What AMAZING wisdom to pass down to our children. Enlifted is much more than mindset coaching, it is legacy work, true generational wealth.
In all honesty I had a hard time articulating what enlifted did for our family because there *arenât adequate words to describe it, itâs a feeling, a frequency, its straight up MAGIC!"
