Enlifted Level 3 Verification is for coaches who know they’re capable of more — and are ready to be pushed to reach it. This is where skill meets scrutiny. Go from thinking that you’re coaching mindset at a high level to knowing. This is where good becomes elite.
How it Works
You’ll join a small group of the most dedicated Enlifted Coaches. Over six months, you’ll sharpen your abilities, receive direct feedback from Mark, and elevate your confidence and clarity as a mindset coach.
Length: 6 months
Weekly 90-Minute Calls:
Bi-weekly Level 3 Verification Class — Demonstrate your skill coaching with the Enlifted Method by facilitating peer-to-peer coaching LIVE on Zoom, with Mark observing and delivering direct feedback.
Bi-weekly Office Hours — Q&A and mentoring with Mark and the Enlifted team. Get insight, refine strategy, and sharpen your mindset coaching delivery.
Recorded Coaching Review with Head Coach Mark England:
Mark will personally review your recorded client sessions and workshop recordings. You’ll receive targeted, high-level feedback on what you do well, what to improve, and how to become the most impactful version of yourself as a coach.
- Two 1:1 Coaching Session Reviews by Mark — Real time review of your real coaching sessions with your own clients by Mark. One Level 1 Coaching Session (get them unstuck) and one Level 2 Coaching Session (Celebrate wins + goals)
- One Workshop Review by Mark — Review of you facilitating an Enlifted style workshop by Mark

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this program for?
Level 2 Certified Coaches who are ready to master their craft and take their mindset coaching practice to the elite tier.
How many coaches are accepted?
Fewer than 20 coaches are accepted each year. This is a highly exclusive, high-accountability experience.
What happens on the calls?
On alternating weeks, you’ll join either a live coaching session with peer feedback or an open Q&A mentorship session with Mark and the team.
Do I have to attend every call?
Yes. Participation is mandatory. If you want to be Verified, you need to show up consistently and do the work. If you miss a call, let Mark know ahead of time and be prepared to watch the replay and participate in the group chat.
Is there an application process?
Yes. Apply now and we’ll review your fit for this cohort. Due to limited space and requirements of the program, not all applicants will be accepted.
What happens if I’m accepted?
You’ll receive a personal invitation and onboarding details from our team. From there, it’s game on.
